“Preparing for the Science Fair” - Sketch

 I have been so busy with a new children’s book project (of which I cannot share anything until it is released) that I have had very little time for sketching or painting for myself. This little fellow is a cumulation of a little 15 minutes here and there of spare time during evenings. (mostly while watching 30 Rock and Breaking Bad)

Cannot wait to put some colors into this one!

I recently signed my very first contract with a publishing house for illustrations of a children’s book. I will be doing both cover and inside illustrations! This is so exciting! And today is a preview of the first illustration in the book.
